Alexander practices intellectual property and unfair competition law for over twenty years. His experience embraces a broad range of issues related to intellectual property and law-related areas. That includes the development and implementation of intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies for various businesses in different sectors of the economy, structuring of intellectual property transfer transactions (assignment and licensing of technologies and goodwill), counteracting unfair competition and handling disputes in the sphere of intellectual property.
Alexander advises clients from various sectors of the economy, including financial institutions, media and advertising companies, FMCG manufacturers, catering and hotel businesses, pharmaceutical manufacturers, oil and gas companies.
